Just a few days to go until our FREE first heritage walk. If you’re going to join us for this event, please follow the link to enrol or pop into the museum Thursday/Friday or Saturday to be added onto the list. Places are limited, but we would love to meet some of you in person. For those unable to walk you can still participate as we will have an exhibition of the places we are visiting along the route as a display in the museum.
This is our first event since we moved premises and would appreciate your support.
We are taking part in the Heritage Open Days. We have arranged walks around some of the towns past industrial areas. We would be delighted if you could come and join us. It’s a free event. If you are interested in the town’s history, then this is for you.
