It’s our birthday
On Friday 4th November 2022 we will be celebrating the first anniversary of the opening of The Redditch Local History Museum at 5 Market Place, Redditch B98 8AA.
We be opening the museum at 11:00am to specially invited guests who have contributed to creating the museum with donations, services in kind and support over this past year. This is a thank-you for that support which has made the museum possible.
Then, throughout the rest of the day, from 12:00am until 4:00pm it will be open house with free entry for all visitors.During our first year of operation we have made unbelievable progress in our attempts to set up the much needed museum facility to preserve the history and heritage of our town for future generations. We are not in competition with the Forge Mill Museum, but rather endeavour to expand the synergy which naturally exists between us.
So please come along to not only see what we have achieved in the past year, and to also hear about our plans for the future.
We hope you can join us in these celebrations and help us get bigger and better in the years to come.
